1. Who we are
Satpeer ("Satpeer", "we", "us") provides a service that lets you buy and sell Bitcoin settled by bank transfer — SEPA in Europe and bank transfer in the United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. The service
When you place an order, the price is locked at the moment you confirm it. To sell, you deposit Bitcoin to a secure escrow address we provide and give us the bank details where you want to be paid. To buy, you transfer funds and provide the wallet where you want to receive Bitcoin.
3. Escrow and settlement
Funds and Bitcoin are held in escrow during settlement. Bitcoin is released only after the relevant bank transfer has fully cleared and is confirmed received. Bank transfers can take one to two business days; we use that window to protect both sides.
4. No reversals
Once Bitcoin has been released on-chain, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed. Please double-check your wallet address — payments sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
5. Fees and pricing
Our pricing is all-in: the rate shown to you already includes our spread. There are no hidden fees added at checkout. Quoted rates are held for a limited time and may be re-quoted if an order is not completed within that window.
6. Order expiry and refunds
Orders that are not completed within their validity window may be cancelled automatically, and the locked rate no longer applies. If a trade cannot be completed after you have deposited Bitcoin, we will return your Bitcoin to the refund address on file.
7. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally permitted to use this service in your jurisdiction and must use it only for lawful purposes. We may decline or reverse a pending order where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, or activity that breaches applicable law or sanctions.
8. Risk disclosure
The price of Bitcoin is volatile and trading carries risk. Nothing on this site is financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any tax obligations arising from your trades.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control.
