Satpeer is a no-KYC crypto cash-out desk. Privacy is the point of the product, so this policy is short, specific, and honest about the little we do keep.
What we do not ask for
- No identity. No passport, no ID card, no selfie, no proof of address, ever.
- No account required. You can trade as a guest in a single flow. Creating an account is optional and only stores your order history and email if you choose to.
What we necessarily collect, and why
- Order details. The coin, amount, payout rail and the bank/wallet details you enter, so we can actually complete your trade. Your IBAN or payout details are visible only to you and to us for settlement.
- A deposit address. Generated per order so we can watch your deposit on-chain.
- Basic technical data. Your IP address and browser user-agent are recorded with the order. We use this only for fraud and sanctions screening, never for advertising or profiling. If you connect over Tor or a VPN, we see that connection, not you.
- Email (only if you give it). If you opt in to email updates or create an account, we store that address to notify you about your orders. Nothing else.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not run third-party ad or analytics trackers that follow you around the web.
- We do not require or store government identity documents, because we never ask for them.
How long we keep it
Order and settlement records are kept only as long as needed to complete the trade, handle any dispute, and meet the limited record-keeping expected of a payment service. We do not hoard data we have no use for.
Who we share with
Only the parties strictly needed to move your money: the banking and payment rails that carry the transfer (SEPA, Wise, Revolut and similar), and, if legally compelled by a valid order, the relevant authority. We do not volunteer your data to anyone else.
